This is the pandan leaf chicken which using th pandan leaf wrap the chicken then cook, therefore the taste of the pandan taste is totally go into the chicken. The chicken is nice and moist. It is very delicious. But you need to remove the pandan leaf to eat the chicken, it is a pain because you must use hand to remove it.

For thai food lovers, pineapple fried rice is staple or signature food which is ordered together with other thai food like tom yum and red ruby. The pineapple used in this dish here is fresh and rather juicy. The chef is also generous with the pineapple cubes with each spoonful of the fried rice you will get a few cubes of pineapples. The rice was a little salty though but the sweet acidic taste of the pineapples balance it out.
