My grandma told me she would like to eat bean sprouts chicken rice, so i brought her here as this place is quite famous with their ipoh chicken rice.I order 1 half roasted chicken and bean sprouts.The chicken taste very good an the meat is very tender, and it's not salty.And for the bean sprouts, i like the kiccap taste mixed with the bean sprouts.Very nice. Will bring my grandma come more often.

My all time favourite chicken rice is definitely Melaka’s chicken rice ball. But when you don’t have any other choices, you kind of just settled with what’s around you. So the famous chicken rice is the well known Ipoh chicken rice located at Jalan Gasing, PJ. After a few times visiting the restaurant, I realized that the standard of the food dropped so much lately. So recently I decided to try the next door chicken rice. And to my amazement, it was awesome. Not awesome like Melaka chicken rice, but more awesome than the rest around PJ.The rice was good, not to hard…and the chicken was tender and succulent. The sauce was amazing, a balance of salt and sugar. It wasn’t too sweet nor was it too salty. I love the chicken liver so much.Chicken rice and bean sprout has always been the combination from how the Ipoh people have chicken rice. Apparently the Ipoh bean sprouts were fatter and shorter. Sweeter and juicier as well, so most Ipoh Chicken Rice shop claims that they serve Ipoh bean sprout. This one is not bad.So next time you are in Jalan Gasing for chicken rice, how about giving the Satellite restaurant a try. You’ll be taken aback with how great it is.

The steam chicken in Jalan Gasing Chicken Rice fared a bit better than the roasted version. Smooth and tender, the chicken is well steamed. The fatty parts were also taken away. Served on a bed of sliced cucumbers and garnished with spring onions, it was passable. On the other hand, the meatballs were a complete disaster. Dry and unappetising, the meatballs were certainly below par. The soup pretty much used MSG as flavouring. Unfortunately, I will probably not patron this place anymore.

This is our side dish, bean sprout.Normally we will ordered this when we eat their chicken rice. The bean sprout is really tasty and fresh. The soy sauce is so yummy and goes well with this bean sprout. It makes the simple bean sprout taste even nicer. We like to eat this bean sprout. It goes well with white rice. The fried onion is really tasty and delicious.It's quite a big portion.

This boiled chicken is really tasty and nice. The chicken is smooth, tender and juicy. the soy sauce is really nice and make the chicken tasty. It comes with some cucumber and their cucumber is fresh. This plate is enough for 2-3 people.I like to eat their chicken rice.Their rice is not normal white rice. You also can order their side dishes like bean sprout.it's nice too and really fresh.
