One of the best and of course my FAVOURITE bakery shop I've ever tried! This shop is always full of customers whenever I visit. It indeed proves that it's not just my opinion that they have the best bakery in town but everyone that often visit for their bakery should agree to it as well! It never failed to satisfied my tastebuds by serving us these freshly baked bakery as well as cakes and other desserts. One of my all time favourite will be Golden Cheese that just cost less than 3bucks!!!While my best friend loves their BBQ Chicken stew bun and Chicken floss bun. I can guarantee you that you will definitely love their bakery!!

I'm sure everyone of you would have at least heard of this bakery, or came across it when you shopped at One Utama shopping centre.Strategically located at the corner, near restaurants like Dave's Deli, Pu Tien, Burger King as well as Isetan's entrance. It is definitely difficult to miss the sight of it.As I was craving for chocolate filled pastries, I walked in to takeaway their Pain Au Chocolat. As the name suggest, it's originally from France whereby it's a cuboid shaped bread filled with high quality chocolates. The texture was really good, it's puffy and crispy coupled with the melted chocolate, perfecto. Since my mom is a fan of their pastries as well, I bought her our all time favorite scones from Lavender as well. It was buttery and flavorful with no signs of dryness unlike some harden rock liked scones out there in the market. To my surprise though when I paid for my breads at the cashier, the condition of the table top was pretty bad. Not a good sight for customers for sure despite the good quality of breads being served. Perhaps the management should look into it as both the quality of food and interior of the place is important too.

Cheese bun is decent but not enough cheese to cover the whole bun. It has sweet and crunchy "cheese bumps" scattered here and there. Bun itself is a bit dry.Multigrain but is semi-soft, but coarse (expectedly). Not particularly flavourful and needs to be spread with butter to taste good.

One of the Lavender Confectionery and Bakery branch is located at Ground Floor of One Utama Shopping Mall. Lavender is a new style of bakery that selling variety of breads. What makes the bakery different with the others is because of they are serving some low fat bread.I think this is the reason why Lavender bakery become ladies favourite in such a short time. There is a restaurant inside Lavender which called L-Table where it serves western dishes such as Black Truffle Tagliatelle, Breakfast skillet , Scallop pesto spaghetti , Squid Ink Seafood Linguine. I never go and try the food in L.Table, just bough some pastry in Lavender. i have bought Cream Cheese Danish, Japanese Cheese Stic and Tai Yang Bing. All the pastry are nice, especially the danish and chesse stic. Although the price is slightly higher, but i think it is worth the money for the quality.
