Introduction
Restaurant Kinjuku was founded in year 1994 in Shimabara town, Japan. The word "KINJUKU" was translated from the Japenese word 金旭宿. It was named in conjunction to founder, Chef Kinjuku Takahashi. Chef Kinjuku has more than 30 years in Japanese cuisine.
Restaurant Kinjuku in Shamabara Japan is primarily served fresh sashsimi, sushi and sakae to the local. Inspiration by Chef Kinjuku Takahashi, Kinjuku’s menu in Malaysia has been modified to suite the Malaysian taste and demand; however the main recipe and spirit of the Chef Kinjuku remain unchanged.
Kinjuku Restaurant in Malaysia was decorated with traditional Japanese interior design themed. Most of the deco items, such as Shoji door, lantern, light, etc were purposely imported from Japan to serve our customer the authentic Japanese dining ambient.
