According to the friend that brought us to Kedai Kopi Dan Makanan Ming Hoe, the star of the restaurant is their hokkien mee. I couldn’t agree more! Each part of the noodle was covered with delicious brown sauce, and the noodle itself was very tasty and springy. The condiments of pork, sotong, prawns and vegetables completed the dish. The best part is, there were lots of fried pork lard pieces, which definitely enhanced the aroma of the dish. Truly a must-try! continue reading
