主食味道偏淡，甜品反而恰到好處~特色飲料蘇打飲料+利賓納+濃縮咖啡+一球雲呢嗱雪糕，濃郁的咖啡味混合了果酸味，一口下去還搭配雪糕的濃郁奶香，是挺特別的~非常普遍的aglio olio聞香而味淡，材料卻很豐富，番茄乾，橄欖，香菇絕對讓你滿足。鹹蛋軟殼蟹威化……很抱歉個人比較不愛甜混咸的搭配，而且點的時候自己疏忽了內有牛肉培根，還好朋友肚子啃掉了，整個吃起來是不錯的，濃郁的鹹蛋醬並沒有辜負了主題，的確別有一番滋味。最後一道甜品，果仁雪糕巧克力醬鬆餅，兩人分享剛剛好，甜而不膩，味道濃郁~不得不承認，灰就是個口味重的傢伙，餐點不過不失，是個適合聚會的好地方~環境舒適也舒服~

We were so stressed out doing assignment in the house by just facing thewalls and gadgets all day, so we planned to go Frisson Coffee Bar to doassignment. Frisson coffee bar is located just next to the "FatSpoon", Damansara Utama. The cafe serves Pasta, Desserts, Pizza, Salad,Croissant, Bruschetta and Beverages. The ambiance of the cafe was simple, cosyand perfect to do our assignment (Relaxed, no noises). Couple of peopleoccupied the cafe when we arrived around 3pm as they are having promotion"50% any slice of cake for every order of coffee" therefore weordered Hot Cafe Latte, Flat White, Peppermint Ganache Pie, Dark ChocolateCake, Bruschetta Berries and Bruschetta Salmon Egg. Bruschetta topped with sliced egg, smoked salmon and sauce is simply delicious. I loved it. Bruschetta Salmon Egg @ RM 5.80Bruschetta spread with jam and topped with berries. Sweetness from the jam contrast well with sourness from the berries. Bruschetta Berries @ RM 5.80Flat White has strong coffee flavour, less foam and served with latte art on the top. Flat White @ RM 10 Hot Cafe Latte is milder in taste and heavier on the milk. Perfect option for my sister. Hot Cafe Latte @ RM 10 The rich chocolate ganache and the refreshing taste from the peppermint is a combination made in heaven. If guys love chocolate and peppermint like me then this pie is to die for. Peppermint Ganache Pie @ RM 10 (Hot Selling item according the staff)Dark Chocolate Cake is just so delicious; the combination of the chocolate and salted caramel was amazing. Dark Chocolate Cake @ RM 15The boss gave us a complimentary dessert that will be launched in the menu from 6/12/2015. Perfect baked croissant with 2 scoops of chocolate and vanilla Ice-cream topped with marshmallow and dizzied with chocolate sauce. Now that I am writing about the dessert, it makes me drooling. Yummy!!!It was a perfect high tea for us. Friendly service, relaxedenvironment and delicious food. Park your car at Uptown Gallery for RM 1 perhour instead of double parking and illegal parking. Saw police summon few timeswhen we went Damansara Uptown for lunch. Manage to finish 1000 words during thevisit. 2000 words more to finish up my assignment. I was supposed to go to Good Batch but ended up coming here because there was too long a queue. There were quite a number of people at Frisson, mostly trying out since it was only opened two weeks ago. Anyway, the Hazelnut Cappucino was a disappointment as the heart was incomplete. I felt 'pantang' as a half-heart is not really that lucky on New Year's Day. It seemed like I may be doomed to be broken-hearted the entire year. The coffee was ok, since they used quite quality beans, apparently African ones. My friend ordered the Hot Chocolate drink which just tasted normal and not thick enough. My friend ordered the Chicken Baguette which turned out to be Chicken Bak Kua, Bahu (Chicken Floss) and also an egg in between the baguette! I felt it was too easy to make and not worth the price paid, for more than RM 20. I felt that the egg should have been a bull's eye instead of just normal egg, with the egg yolk over cooked. The Baked Eggs were the worst and calling it that name, was almost unbefitting. The eggs were overcooked, the egg yolk was hardened instead of runny like how most baked eggs should be. And they are even naming the place Frisson, almost like Frisky Goat in TTDI which has the best baked eggs in the world. The fillings were ok but the main item of baked eggs were done wrongly.
