自制的咖喱猪皮算是这里著名的。每次去到都会看见老板娘正在晒着的猪皮。可是猪皮晒的地点是在一堆垃圾的旁边 。我觉得猪皮晒过之后还是要加工的，应该不至于会吃坏肚子。猪皮吃起来很弹牙，有点脆脆的口感。配上咖喱汁很棒！ continue reading
