1st Master Choo Kitchen (Closed)

1st Master choo kitchen is a Hongkong restaurant famous of its chinese cuisine like Dim Sum. Besides dim sum, they have the heavy meal as well such as noodles and rice .This is the tomyam seafood noodles soup that I had. The soup is thick with spicy and sour flavor and it contained lots of seafood like mussels, crabstick and prawns . Quite a big portion of noodles. You can add extra chilies to it if you feel that its not spicy enough So overall to say, its okay.

I visit this Hong Kong Dimsum restaurant located at 1st avenue mall.Besides dimsum, they are selling assorted egg tarts too and we ordered this is the pandan flavor of egg tart.It is special compare to original egg tart that filled with yellow custard in the middle. It has a smooth egg filling with an extra aromatic of pandan covered by crispy tart. Should try for people that loves egg tart.

Master Choo Kitchen is one of the Chinese restaurant selling Hong Kong dim sum and Chinese cruisine which located at 1st avenue. I was having this xiao long bao which is steamed meat dumpling which comes in 3 in a bucket. Anyhow I was expecting too much where it turns out that it wasn’t as nice as the wan in dragon-I or din tai fung， although the size of dumpling is bigger. The soup inside the dumpling was too little and the meat is not that tasty .

Seen that I was pretty hungry after window shopping in First Avenue mall, I decided to try the Master Choo Kitchen food for a change after recommended by my cousin. I ordered myself a bowl of seafood dumplings. The seafood dumplings is serve together with the soup. The soup actually taste very well and quite appetizing with a flavor of the dumplings taste. The egg tart that Master Choo Kitchen sell is actually no doubt, one of the best egg tart I ever had in my life. The outer layer of the egg tart is very crunchy and delicious. On the other hand, the inner part which is the yellow egg tarts is very yummy and the texture is very soft too. Overall, very delicious egg tart and a must try during the visit. Pricing of the egg tart is also very reasonable and affordable which costs less than RM 2 for one tart only.

Since is tea time, we just ordered some snacks to try off. We ordered the egg tart. They have a variety of egg tarts to be chosen and we had its original egg tarts to try. Perhaps is kinda late and they have not much left for the egg tarts.
