Good news for cheesecake lovers in Putrajaya, because Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake has opened a brand new outlet at IOI City Mall! Last Christmas, 10 OpenRicers were invited to review the cheesecake at this new outlet. Each of them has the opportunity to try all the signature products of Uncle Tetsu, including Signature Cheesecake, Chocolate Cheesecake, Hat Series, and Cheesestick. Let’s hear what they say after trying all the delicious desserts! I really like the texture of the cheesecakes where it has a frothy and airy feel. Japanese cheesecake is very different from the usual cheesecake where it is dense and thick. Anyone who loves cheesecake should try out Uncle Tetsu's Cheesecake! It is so light, soft, fluffy and fresh! Literally melts in your mouth and always leaves you wanting more. It is kind of feather light cheese cake, different with the heavy American cheesecake. Service is great, the waitress working there took my order quickly and the cakes was ready immediately. I heard that usually there would be a long wait time at least 20 min but I did not experience that. My favourite is still The Signature Cheesecake. It is indeed very soft and fluffy and kind of melts in the mouth. Original Cheesecake was light, fluffy and simply delicious. I finished half of the cake at a time once I opened the box and my sister has to stop me from overeating. It is simply addictive.

It is really moist and soft. After one slice, I keep eating another slice until finish the whole cake by myself. Opps... The Signature Cheesecake - chocolate flavour tastes almost the same as the original one, but the chocolate taste is stronger. I'm sure you will like the tantalizing aroma, cotton soft and fluffiness texture too because I do.
