A newer side of Cheras, this place is filled with tons of cafes and food courts as much as you’ll like it. You’ll get to enjoy cafés like DESK, 10Gram, STAGE Café, Tea Garden and a few more to name, nonetheless come here for delicious Curry Mee, Assam Laksa, Dim Sum, or even Hong Kong style cart noodles, Mahkota Cheras is the place to visit.

2. Taman Segar

The most famous landmark sums this place up – Leisure Mall. When mentioned about Taman Segar, you’ll automatically think of it and what’s delicious here? From desserts to mains, come and enjoy the spiciest Pan Mee from Shi Fu Wantan Mee, Ah Roy Thai, the favorable Nasi Lemak from Poppo Kanteen, Yong Tau Foo, Penang delicacies from Auntie Lora and so much more to look for here!

3. Taman Yulek

4. Connaught Pasar Malam


One of the longest night markets around Cheras here, Connaught Pasar Malam is it. Filled with so many stalls and sells all kinds of food from Smelly tofu, longest French fries, Thai milk tea, grilled skewered food, light bites, desserts and so much more. They are operating on Wednesdays only!

5. Taman Connaught

Apart from the night market, of course, they have a lot of eateries too.  From the famous roast duck restaurant to the best pan mee, you’ll be surprised to find that all these eateries were usually crowded at any time of the day.
