The restaurant also allows diners to watch the action from the vibrant show kitchens and the stunning views of the iconic twin towers and the city. For those who fancy some Japanese fare, the restaurant offers a wide selection of sushi & sashimi platters that are fresh and of the highest quality. Do not leave without tasting the famous Thirty8 Signature Cake that is served so dramatically in a cloud of white vapour.

For something more exquisite, try the Vitello, which is pan seared veal tenderloin accompanied with Chanterelle mushrooms & eggplant cream.

Signature has just recently revamped their menu with more new and interesting dishes. One of these dishes is the Teriyaki Grilled Striploin, which is a Wagyu with a marbling of seven. The striploin is served raw, and patrons can grill the meat to their preferred doneness. Another creative fusion dish is the King Prawn Pasta topped with black caviar. Tanzini is a contemporary European restaurant located on the 28th floor of GTower. With Chef Kenneth on board as the new sous chef, dining at Tanzini has become a fun experience. A classic example of the Chef’s fun-dining concept is the Cote De Bouef, which is French for Rib-Eye on Bone. The 800 gram of grain fed Angus is grilled over charcoal and served with 6 different salts and condiments. Another unique creation is the Cous Cous Carbonara with Smoked Duck. When you spoon the cous cous into your mouth, you will experience the explosion of buckwheat!

The Hemisphere Chicken is a very healthy dish where the chicken chop is pan seared rather than deep fried. Certainly a guilt free indulgence for those who are on a diet. The Squid Ink Pasta in Garlic Broth is a good alternative to the heavy cream sauce. The chef’s cleverly disguised the smell of squid, which some people dislike, with a hearty doses of garlic, pasta, and Thai chili.

8. Gobo Upstairs @ Traders Hotel

This cosy restaurant was named after the Gobo lighting, which is a physical stencil slotted in front of a light source to create and control the shape emitted from the light source. Gobo offers a close-up view of the twin towers due to its relatively short distance from the towers. In the afternoon, Gobo serves a delectable Executive Business Lunch and at night it transforms into a popular steakhouse. A must-try is their Filet Mignon served on a bed of truffle risotto and a side of buttered vegetable sauce and bordelaises sauce. Also popular is the Braised Short Ribs that are so tender that it falls off the bone effortlessly.
