Marinades | 腌料:1 tbsp soy sauce | 生抽1汤匙,2 tsp sesame oil | 麻油2茶匙,1/2 tsp pepper | 胡椒粉1/2茶匙,1 tsp sugar | 糖1茶匙,1/2 tsp chicken powder | 鸡精粉1/2茶匙
Sub-ingredients | 配料:2 red chili padi (chopped) | 越南小辣椒2条(切碎),1 stalk spring onion (chopped) | 青葱1棵(切碎),1 tbsp chopped garlic | 蒜茸1汤匙,1 1/2 tbsp fermented soy bean (soaked) | 豆豉1 1/2汤匙(浸水)
Seasoning | 调味料:1 tbsp oyster sauce | 蚝油1汤匙,1/2 tbsp soy sauce | 生抽1/2汤匙,2 tsp sugar | 糖2茶匙,4 tbsp water | 水4汤匙
Method | 做法:
1.Marinate chicken meat for 1 hour.
将鸡腿加入腌料充分拌匀腌制1小时。
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,saute sub-ingredients until fragrant, toss in chicken meat and stir-fry;add in seasoning and simmer in low heat for about 10 minutes or until meat cooked.
烧热1汤匙油爆香配料,倒入鸡腿炒匀,加调味料拌匀,用镬盖住开小火焖10分钟,或至熟。
