Simmered Chicken Legs with Beer and Spices Recipe 啤酒焖大鸡腿食谱

不用担心材料很难买,一些普通的材料已经能把这道啤酒大鸡腿煮到出神入化了!

Need not to worry about buying difficult ingredients because all you need for this dish are the simplest ingredients that you can get easily. Just a can of beer can make things different!

Ingredients A / 材料A
2 chicken legs / 2个大 鸡腿
1 can (320m1) white beer / 1罐(320毫升)白啤酒
150ml water / 150毫升 清水

Ingredients B / 材料B
3 star anise / 3粒 八角
1 cinnamon / 1支 桂皮
1 tsp "Szechuan" pepper / 1小匙 花椒
1 head garlic / 1球 蒜头
1 stem spring onion / 1小棵 青葱

Seasoning / 调味料:
15g rock sugar / 15克 冰糖
1 tbsp light soy sauce / 1大匙 酱油
1 tsp dark soy sauce / 1小匙 黑酱油

Method / 做法:
1. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, add ingredients B and stir-fry over low heat till aromatic. Add chicken legs and pan-fry for a short while, add in beer and water, bring to boil over high heat.
镬里烧热2大匙食油,以慢火爆香材料B加入鸡腿略煎一会后,注入啤酒和清水,大火煮沸 。

2. Cover lid, reduce to low heat, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes till chicken legs cooked and gravy is thick. Dish out, serve hot.
盖上,改用慢火焖煮20-25分钟至鸡腿熟透及汁浓稠,盛起,上桌食用。
