Kechara Oasis is a new age vegetarian restaurant dedicated to promoting the goodness of vegetarianism by serving vegetarian dishes that are both healthy and delicious. Prepared using the freshest and finest ingredients and served in fine dining style, the restaurant distinguishes itself from the rest with its exquisite dishes inspired by Chinese, Tibetan, Nepali, Vietnamese and Western cuisines.
As you walk in, you will be greeted by an astounding interior tastefully designed in contemporary style with Tibetan touches. The main dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 600 diners for lunch and dinner banquets, which makes it a perfect venue for any occasion from weddings to corporate functions and special celebrations. For a more intimate setting, the restaurant features five VIP rooms that can accommodate up to 60 guests.
To celebrate the coming Chinese New Year, Kechara Oasis is proud to introduce a brand new dish, the Tsem Rinpoche Hotpot. Derived its name from the founder and spiritual advisor of the organization, the hotpot is an ideal dish for both vegans and vegetarians due to its highly nourishing soup. The soup is prepared using more than 30 different types of Chinese herbs which contain minerals and vitamins that are beneficial to our health.
Tsem Rinpoche Hotpot is served with a “pot” made of fresh winter melon. When the soup is stewed, the essence of the melon will be slowly absorbed by the soup, adding a natural sweetness to the nourishing broth. Important ingredients of the soup include Red Dates, America Ginseng, and Wolfberry. When the hotpot is stewed, the soup will exude a fragrant aroma.
Patrons have approximately 50 a la carte food items, including noodles, seafood, meat, mushroom and vegetables, to choose from. All items are made of healthy and natural vegetarian ingredients. Tantalize your taste-buds with the Cheese Ball, which has a moist cheese filling that will burst in your mouth with rich flavours, and indulge yourself in the Momos, which is Tibetan dumpling filled with cheese, aromatic herbs and potatoes.
