Orange Aloe Vera Sweet Soup is not only refreshing but also has beauty uses on our skin. This recipe is sufficient for 3-4 servings. All the ingredients can be found easily!

Ingredient and Portion / 材料与分量
Organic Aloe Vera (Peeled, Cut)/ 有机芦荟 (去皮,切块)200 grams/克
Organic Orange (Squeeze for Juice) / 有机橙(取汁)1 piece/粒
Organic Turnip (Diced) / 有机沙葛 (切粒)50 grams/ 克
Organic Pearl Tapioca (Soaked)/ 有机珍珠沙谷米 (浸泡)20 grams/克
Water / 水 700 millilitres/毫升

Seasoning / 调味料
Organic Unrefined Sugar / 有机蔗糖 4 teaspoons/茶匙
Organic Oligo Answer (Powder)/ 有机果寡粉(粉状)1 teaspoon/茶匙

Method / 做法:
1. Cook the aloe vera in boiling water for five minutes.
将芦荟放入沸水中煮五分钟。

2. Add in seasonings and pearl tapioca. Turn off heat and dish up. Set aside.
加入调味料,加入沙谷米,熄火,捞起,备用。

3. Add in orange juice and diced turnip, set aside to cool. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve cold.
加入橙汁和沙葛粒,待冷, 存入冰箱即可。

Ingredient and Portion / 材料与分量
5 maces (approx 18.9g) white fungus / 雪耳 5钱(约18.9克)
5 maces (approx 18.9g) dried longan / 桂圆 5钱(约18.9克)
10 nos red date / 红枣 10颗
4 egg / 鸡蛋 4个
some rock sugar / 冰糖 适量

Method / 做法:
1. Rinse red dates and remove pits.
红枣去核洗净,备用。

2. Soak white fungus until soft. Rinse and set aside.
雪耳用清水浸透发开,淘洗干净备用。

3. Hard boil the eggs and remove shells. Place all ingredients in a pot with 1000ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Add in rock sugar, mix well. Serve.
鸡蛋煮熟去壳,与其他材料放进锅内,放入1000毫升清水,水滚后转慢火煲20分钟,加入冰糖即可。

Ice cream is the best weapon to fight hot weather! Let's make this Cranberry-Dreamsicle Pops at home! You can also replace the cranberry with any other fruits you like.

Ingredient and Portion / 材料与分量
2 cups vanilla yogurt / 2杯香草优格
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries / 1/2 杯 Ocean Spray® Craisins® 原味蔓越莓干
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed / 1/3杯浓缩橙汁,室温

Method / 做法:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup yogurt and dried cranberries. In another medium bowl or 2-cup measure, stir together remaining 1 cup yogurt and the orange juice concentrate.
把1杯优格和蔓越莓干混合一起,把剩下的优格和浓缩橙汁一起混合搅拌均匀。

2. Divide cranberry mixture evenly among 8 3-ounce ice-pop molds; pour orange mixture evenly over cranberry mixture. Insert sticks. Freeze at least 4 hours or until fully frozen. Unmold by dipping in warm water to loosen pop from mold.
把蔓越莓干混合体均匀的分8份,每份大约3-ounce,放入冰淇淋模里。然后,加入橙汁混合体。最后,放入冰淇淋棒,雪藏4个小时或以上。把冰淇淋模放入温水,会更容易脱模哦!

1 碗新鲜蓝莓,清洗
1瓶(6-ounce)无脂肪香草优格
8只木制棒

Method / 做法:
1.把所有材料放入搅拌机。使用高速度搅拌大约15到20秒或者搅拌至光滑。
2.倒入8个冰棒模具内,放入模具棒,然后冷冻至大约2小时到凝固为之。
3.把冰棒模具放入温水就可以轻易的拔出,即可享用。
4.可制作8支冰淇凌。

Frozen yogurt is much simpler to make as compared to ice cream. Add some raisins and Rum into it, so yummy and healthy!

Ingredient and Portion / 材料与分量
(2-3 person portion)/(2-3人份):
Original Yogurt 280g / 原味优格 280g
Whole milk 50g / 全脂牛奶 50g
Brown sugar 40g / 黄糖 40g
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon / 香草精 1/2茶匙
Raisin 1/3 small bowl / 葡萄干 1/3小碗
Rum 20ml / 朗姆酒 20ml

Method / 做法:
1. Slightly cut the raisins , and then pour the rum, soak overnight.
葡萄干稍微剪碎,然后倒入朗姆酒,一起浸泡过夜。

2. Blend the yogurt, milk, brown sugar and vanilla essence become liquid in medium speed.
优格、牛奶、黄糖和香草精一起以中等的速度打成细滑的液体状。

3. Turn the blender into low speed, then pour the rum and raisin as stated in step 1, slightly stirred it then stop.
把搅拌机调成低速,倒入做法1的朗姆酒葡萄干,稍微搅 拌均匀后停下。

4. Pour the mixture of the liquid into the container and refrigerate for 1.5 hour.
把混合后的液体倒入容器,放入冰格冷冻1.5小时。

5. Stir the semi coagulated yogurt and refrigerate for at least 5 hours and then serve.
取出半凝固的优格搅拌均匀后,然后放回冰格冷冻至少5小时即可享用。
