1.咖喱鱼蛋|Curry Fish Ball

材料:
炸鱼蛋| 蒜头3| 红葱头1/4| 咖哩粉3 汤匙 | 蚝油 2汤匙 | 鸡粉1 茶匙| 生抽1汤匙 | 1 茶匙 | 400ml | 1/4 茶匙
Ingredients: 
Fried fish balls| 3 cloves of garlic| 1/4 shallot| 3 tbsp curry powder| 2 tbsp Oyster sauce|1 tbp chicken powder|1 tbp soy sauce|1 tbp sugar|400ml water|1/4 tbp salt

做法:

1.
先用一锅热水略煮鱼蛋,盛起备用。
2.用小火把咖哩粉炒约三分钟,不用下油, 盛起备用。
3.热锅下油,放入蒜头和红葱头,快炒,然后放入所有酱料煮滚,放入鱼蛋煮约五分钟即成。
Method:
1.Slightly boiled fish balls with a pot of hot water.
2.Use low heat and fried curry powder without oil around 3 minutes.
3.Pre-heat pot with oil, sauté the garlic and shallot until fragrant, then add all sauces to boil, last, add fish ball and boil around 5 minute, ready to serve. 

2.泰式虾饼|Thai Shrimp Cake

材料:
虾肉 500g| 免治猪肉100g| 芫茜( 适量) | 面包糠适量)| 1/2茶匙| 白胡椒粉 1/4 茶匙| 鱼露 1 1/2汤匙| 1/2茶匙

Ingredients:
500g shrimps| 100g mincemeat| parsley to taste| Bread crumbs to taste|1tbp salt|1/4 tbp white pepper|1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce| 1/2 tbp sugar

做法:

1.
先将虾洗干净去肠,沥干水份,用刀背拍盘切粒。加入所有调味料拌匀,用筷子向用同一方向打圈,再用手将虾大力挞到碗内,约20次至起胶。
2.
将一小份虾胶搓成波,再压扁,沾上面包糠。
3.倒一锅热油,约180度放入虾饼,炸至金黄色即成!
Method:
1.Wash and devein shrimps, drain water, chop the shrimps. Add all ingredients and mix well, stirring in the same direction with using chopstick, then beat the shrimp meat heavily around 20 times until mash.
2.Take a small piece of shrimp meat and knead into ball shape, and then strain it, lastly, roll over bread crumbs.
3.Heat the pot with oil, then put the shrimp cake and fried until it become golden.

3.火腿粟米芝士酥皮卷||Cheese Puff Pastry with Ham and Corn

材料:
急冻酥皮1| 番茄酱 1.5湯匙| 火腿1| 玉米 3湯匙| 芝士 100g
Ingredients:
1 piece frozen puff pastry| 1.5 tbsp tomato sauce|1 piece Ham|3 tbsp corn kernels|100g cheese

做法:
1.
先将酥皮从冰格取出,解冻约5分钟。火腿切丝备用。
2.
将番茄酱平均涂满在酥皮上,留其中一边位不用涂。
3.
平均放上火腿丝、玉米粒及芝士。
4.
然后将酥皮捲起,尽量捲得实一点,放回冰箱雪15-20分钟。
5.预热焗炉190度。
6.
从冰箱取出酥皮卷,用利刀平均切开约10件,然后平放在已放上牛油纸的焗盘上,留意每件之间要有距离。
7.入焗炉焗约15-20分钟,至金黄便可出炉,即可享用。
Method:
1.Take out the frozen puff pastry and thaw around 5 minutes. Cut ham into shred.
2.Coat half of the puff pastry with tomato sauce.
3.Put shredded ham, corn kernels and cheese on the puff pastry.
4.Roll up the puff pastry, and then refrigerate it around 15-20 minutes.
5.Preheat oven at 190°C.
6.Take out the puff pastry roll and cut into 10 piece, then put them on the baking plate.
7.Bake around 15-20 minute, until golden, and ready to serve.

4.
香脆烤焗蕃薯|Crispy baked sweet potato

材料:
番薯2| 1茶匙 |黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙 |红椒粉12茶匙| 蒜粉1茶匙
Ingredients:
2 Sweet potatoes|1 tbp salt|1/2 tbp black pepper powder|1 or 2 tbp Paprika|1 tbp garlic powder


做法:
1.先将地瓜洗干净,去皮,抹干水份,切成长条状。
2.
将地瓜条放在大碗内,下橄榄油及所有调味料拌匀,放在烤盘上,地瓜不要重叠。
3.放入烤箱220度烤约2530分钟至地瓜全熟即成!(烤约15分钟后, 将地瓜反转另一边再烤)。
4.
可沾蕃茄酱享用。
Method:
1.Wash and peel sweet potatoes, drain it and then cut into strip shape.
2.Put the sweet potato strips into a bowl; add olive oil and mix with all the powders, then put on baking tray.
3.Bake with 220°C heat around 25-30 minutes and then you can ready to serve. (After 15 minutes, turn the other side of sweet potatoes and continue bake.)
4.Eat with tomato sauce is best.

5.榛子醬棉花糖派|Nutella S'Mores pie

材料:
急冻酥皮1 | Nutella 榛子酱 4~5| 棉花糖(适量)|蛋液(适量)
Ingredients:
1 piece frozen puff pastry|4 or 5 tbsp Nutella hazelnut paste| marshmallows| egg liquid


做法:
1.
先将急冻酥皮从冰箱拿出,待在室温约1015分钟或至软身。
2.
Nutella榛子酱涂满酥皮,然后放上棉花糖
3.
在表面上涂一层蛋液。放在烘焙纸上,放入已预热180度焗炉,焗约1015分钟,至表面金黄色即成
Method:
1.Take out the frozen puff pastry and thaw around 10 to 15 minutes until soft.
2.Whipped puff pastry with Nutella hazelnut paste, and then put marshmallows on it.
3.Glaze with egg liquid. Preheat oven at 180°C, and put the puff pastry into the oven, baked around 10 to 15 minutes until it looks golden, ready to serve.

6.韩式煎饼|Korean Pancake

材料:
韩式泡150g| 200g| 200g|绿辣1g| 20g| 20g| 1| 橄榄油(适量)| 2g
Ingredients: 
150g Korean Kimchi| 200g flour| 200g clams| 1g Green pepper|20g Bell pepper|20g garlic chives| 1 egg| olive oil|2g salt

做法:
1.
 把泡菜剁碎一些,与面糊均匀的混合.
2.
 舀入小小的一勺,把面糊在锅中摊成薄薄的小饼,将两面煎至金黄色即可。
Method:
1.Minced Kimchi, and then mix with batter.
2.A small scoop mix batter and spread into a small cake, fried until both sides are golden, then ready to serve.

7.
面包寿司卷|Bread Sushi roll

材料:
|白面 | | |日本小黄 |美奶
Ingredients:
Nori| White bread| Sausage| Crab stick| Japanese cucumber| Mayonnaise

做法:
1.
香肠,蟹柳蒸熟;香肠一分为四,蟹柳一分为二
2.摊开一片海苔,放上一片压扁的白面包,再铺上香肠,蟹柳和小黄瓜,然后抹上适量的美奶滋卷起切块即可
Method:
1.Steam sausage and crab stick; cut sausage into 1/4 and crab stick into half.
2.Put flattened bread on Nori; and put sausage, crab stick and cucumber on it, then whipped with Mayonnaise and roll up, ready to serve.


8.
炸起司条|Fried Cheese Stick

材料:
Mozzarella起司条(约20条)| 2 |牛奶(适量)| 中筋面粉(适量)|麵包粉100g| 盐(少许)|洋香菜(少许)| Parmesan起司粉(少
许)
20 Mozzarella cheese stick| 2 eggs| milk| wheat flour| 100g bread crumbs| salt| Parsley| Parmesan cheese powder

做法:
1.
面粉置入一盆中;蛋打好加入少量牛奶;面包粉加入少许盐、洋香菜、Parmesan起司粉。
2.
Mozzarella切成想要的粗度与长度,备用。
3.
Mozzarella条先放入麵粉盆中裹上薄薄麵粉后,放入蛋液中,再放入麵包粉盆中,接着将裹好一层麵包粉的起司条再放入蛋液,接着再次裹上第二层麵包粉,至此才裹粉完成。
4.
将裹好粉的起司条放入冰箱冷冻层冰至少一小时后才可拿去炸(隔夜更好),否则很容易 下油锅就粉散起司爆浆。也可预先备好一批,想吃的时候随时可以开炸。
5.
下油锅,可拿一些多馀麵粉轻轻丢入油锅,若滋滋起泡大约就可以了。将起司条放入油锅,炸约30秒至色泽金黄即可取出,放到铁架上静置几分钟后即可盛盘上桌。(*炸好放在铁架上,沥油效果更佳,炸物也不会像放在餐巾纸上一样容易一面略湿,能更好维持乾爽酥脆的状态.
6.
 热热的外皮酥脆内馅
Q,搭配个义式红酱(marinara sauce)或黄芥末酱

Method:
1.Pour the flour into a bowl; in another bowl, crack eggs and mix, then add little milk in; take another bowl and put bread crumbs, then add some salt, parsley and Parmesan cheese powder. 
2.Cut Mozzarella cheese stick in suitable size.
3.Wrap Mozzarella cheese stick with flour, then roll over with egg liquid, coat with mix bread crumbs, roll over with egg liquid again, last wrap it with flour again.
4.Refrigerate the wrapped cheese stick at least one hour (overnight better); if not the powder will spread and the cheese flow out.
5.Last, you can also put some bread crumbs, when the oil bubbling, put the frozen cheese stick into the pot, fried around 30 seconds until it looks golden, place it on the iron frame to drain oil.
6.Eat it with marinara sauce or mustard sauce.


9.
辣味西班牙烤马铃薯|Spicy Spanish Grilled Potatoes

材料:
茄(半杯)|红酒1茶匙| 红椒1茶匙| 1瓣(切碎的)| 1/4茶匙
| Serrano1| 柠檬1茶匙| 蛋黄1/4| 橄榄油 ()

Ingredients:
Half cup of tomato| 1tbp Red wine vinegar| 1tbp red pepper powder| 1 piece garlic (Shredded)| 1 Serrano chilli| 1 tbp lemon juice| 1/4 cup mayonnaise| Olive oil to taste


酱汁做法:
将所有材料用搅拌机搅打至顺滑,然后加盐调味即可。

Sauce method:
Combine and mix all the ingredients until smooth, then add salt to taste.


马铃薯做法:
可以用炸的,涂抹油后烤的,或者是切丁盐水煮后再煎香。

Potato method: 
Either fried first then brush with oil and baked or cut in small piece and boiled in brine then fried. 


10.培根肉肠卷|Bacon Sausage Roll

材料:
培根| 香肠| 橄榄油| 黄糖

Ingredients:

Bacons| Sausages| Olive| Brown sugar


做法:
1.
预热的烤箱190C
2
 烤盘涂上一些橄榄油。
3.将肉肠卷在培根内。
4.
排在烤盘(排紧密的,不让培根脱离香肠)
5.
撒上一些黄糖在培根香肠卷。
6.
放入烤箱烤大约15钟。
7.
翻另一边再烤大约15分钟至金黄色。

Method:

1.Preheat oven at 190C.
2.Coat olive oil on the baking tray.
3.Roll sausages with bacons.
4.Put on baking tray (Put them closely, so the bacon and sausage would not separate).
5.Sprinkle some brown sugar on the bacon sausage rolls.
6.Put into oven and baked around 15 minutes
7.After 15 minutes, turn all bacon sausage rolls and continue baked until golden.
