At IOI City Mall, they are not towards the traditional style of design which differs from most of the malls. The decorations here are more to art, inspiring from the art of kaleidoscope which is the highlight here while there are still lanterns and flowers around which makes it like a modernized art gallery.

The theme of Sunway Pyramid CNY decoration is ‘The Merriment of Spring’ which is more to ancient town design filled with different sizes of red lanterns representing the merry of the CNY. It is mentioned that the decoration is inspired by the Zhou Zhuang Water Town, giving you a chance to experience and snap photos of the ancient town feel without leaving Malaysia.
