Of all meat, most of the time we didn’t realize that we crave for duck meat the most. Crispy outer skin and tender meat texture, we recently spotted a few from PJ’s most famous food haven – Seapark & Taman Paramount! When dusk falls, many patrons head over there for dinner and of course – some come over here for duck sake!
Operating for a long period of time here at Seapark, mention Sunrise and many will sure to recommend this place. Roasted until golden brown in color, the marinate process is the main key that makes I so fragrant when eaten. Meat remains moist and juicy while the skin is crispy. Many are willing to queue for it especially when it’s lunch time!
2. Loong Foong Seafood Restaurant 
What’s recommended at Loong Foong? Besides the dishes, another best seller goes to the roasted duck too. Usually, fast selling, consider yourself lucky if you get to purchase it. Thick and fleshy, that layer of oil that covers the roasted duck skin makes it even better. Start selling by 4.30pm, remember to be there earlier before sold out.
Look for a stall ‘Chan Kee’ or better to recognize it in mandarin words - 陈记烧鸭; begin selling by 5.00pm daily and you’ll see the stall owner hangs out all the roasted duck that they have. Many would like to dine here and order the roasted duck as an additional dish to enjoy. Chewy meat texture that is flavorful and nice crispy skin; Lucky seafood restaurant too serves delicious dishes too.
