When I feel like want to eat char siew but not the rice, I will choose to eat wantan noodle because in a plate of wantan noodle, i get char siew and also wantan. The char siew here is a bit thin slices. But then the wantan here is really nice. The skin is soft and the meat inside the wantan is very feeling. The noodle is very Q and also moistured. Wont say very dry and the soup less MSG too.
