Otak-otak is the one of the famous dish at malaysia, it is made by mashed fish paste. They wrapped by leaves before grilled the otak otak. The fish paste is blend with the flour and spices. Taste very yummy and delicious, therefore i like it so much, especially a bit over grilled, taste a bit burnt, smell so good. A good one usually contains more fish and spices, and the prices quite affordable.
