My family drove down to Singapore during the weekends to visit my sister as she’s currently studying in Singapore. Before entering Singapore, we decided to have lunch at Johor first. We always go to Shoon Huat restaurant in Johor to have Bak Kut Teh!! Their bak kut teh is really very good and can easily beat down the Bak Kut Teh in Klang.Like any other BKT restaurants, they provide free flow of soup when requested. Like any other BKT restaurants, they provide free flow of soup when requested. My family ordered the normal BKT with ribs and mushrooms and another dry BKT. The soup was really to die for!! The soup was very flavourful, clear, not oily at all and appears to have a lighter shade of brown. The dry BKT was really delicious as well, the pork ribs were succulent and very flavourful! It was definitely a place I will come when I’m going down to Singapore!!
