I always steer clear of fried Kway teow cos my impression of it is very oily and fattening. So when my daughter helped me to order that before I arrived, I was not too excited for it to be served. However to my surprise, it did not turn out how I expected it to be! In fact it was not oily at all. The Kway teow was cooked perfectly, it had a chewy texture. The dish was not very dry as well and it tasted really tasty. They were pretty generous with the portion too. Looks like my opinion of fried K
