creamy chili tuna pasta

I never thought tuna will go well with pasta but when I ordered the creamy chili tuna pasta from seasons cafe, it totally changed my opinion of tuna and pasta. The tuna taste was pretty distinct but it was well balanced with the chilli and the cream sauce. I did not find it too spicy as well, I think cos the spiciness was balanced out by the cream. Blended Mango Longan. This was an interesting combination and actually both longan and mango complemented each other very well. The mango was ice blended, the mango taste was there but the ice was not blended fully, I still can feel bits and pieces of ice in it, which I do not prefer. The longan was springy and sweet. The portion was big and I love the whole combination. continue reading
