The stall is overall quite clean so I feel the food preparation should be quite hygienic. However, they took quite long to prepare the food but it may because there were a lot of customers. Pair the noodles with ginger and fungus bits to make the meal more interesting as there are different textures in the dish. Also, the ginger really brings out the taste of the red wine.
