i love the pork floss bun from breadtalk. they spread a layer of margarine so that the pork floss can stick on the bun. the pork floss is sweetish and very delicious. despite putting a lot of margarine, the bun is not oily at all. the bun is very soft and fluffy, very delicious to eat. the combination of the pork floss and the bun is really good. but try not to keep overnight cos the margarine makes it very oily.
