1.Oreo Coconut Milk Shake | 奥利奥椰奶昔

  1. Put oreo biscuits into a plastic bag, seal and crush into small pieces with a rolling pin. 
  2. Transfer crushed oreo biscuits into a blender, and add the rest of the Ingredients. Cover the lid and blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass, garnish as desired and serve. 

2.Chocolate Cashew Clusters | 巧克力腰果

9 ounces 微甜巧克力| 1/2 杯 Ocean Spray® Craisins® 原味 蔓越莓干 | 1/2 杯腰果
9 ounces slightly sweet chocolate | 1/2 cup of Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries | 1/2 cup of cashews

  1. 将巧克力溶化。

3.Cake Pops | 棒棒糖蛋糕

1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix | 3 eggs | 1 cup Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail | 1/2 cup vegetable oil | 1 1/3 cups prepared frosting (about ¾ can) | Lollipop sticks | Candy coating chips, melted | Assorted decorations, as desired

  1. 将烤箱预热至350度。使用Baking spray喷上13×9英寸的烤盘上,然后放在一旁。

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with baking spray; set aside.
  2. Prepare cake mix as directed on the box, using cranberry juice in place of water and using vegetable oil accordingly. Pour into cake pan and bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (25 to 28 minutes). 
  3. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, crumble entire cake into fine pieces. Add frosting to crumbled cake and mix until cake is completely coated. Form into balls; chill at least 1 hour.
  5. Dip tip of lollipop stick into melted coating, and then push stick about halfway into shaped cake pop. Dip cake pop into melted coating, tapping to remove any excess. Place pops upright into box or block; let dry completely.
  6. Repeat with remaining cake pops.
  7. Using toothpicks apply additional melted colored coating as desired; decorate with candies, sprinkles or edible glitter into desired shapes or patterns. 
  8. Makes about 32 cake pops.

4.Panettone (Italian Bread) | 潘妮朵尼(意大利面包)

葡萄干 30克 |无籽葡萄干 30克 | 酸柑皮屑 60克 | 切碎杏仁 40克 | 橙汁40克 | 柠檬汁20克 | 兰姆酒10克 | 肉豆蔻1/4茶匙
Ingredients A:
30g raisins | 30g sultanas | 60g citrus peel | 40g chopped almonds | 40g orange juice | 20g lemon juice | 10g rum | 1/4 tsp nutmeg 

材料 B:
面包粉 350克 | 酵母8克 | 牛奶140克 | 糖64克 | 蛋黄 4粒(约66克)| 盐 1/2茶匙 | 牛油 112克
Ingredients B:
350g bread flour | 8g yeast | 140g milk | 64g sugar | 4 egg yolks (about 66g) | 1/2 tsp salt | 112g butter 

鸡蛋 1粒 | 杏仁粉(少许)
Ingredients C:
1 egg | some almond powder

  1. 材料A拌匀后搁置浸泡至隔夜。
  2. 牛油置于室温软化。
  3. 3鸡蛋打散(取自材料C)。
  4. 烤炉预热至175°C。
  1. Mix Ingredients A together and let them soak overnight.
  2. Soften butter under room temperature.
  3. Beat egg (from Ingredients C).
  4. Preheat oven at 175°C.

  1. 在干净的案板上倒入面包粉,然后在面包粉中间轻轻挖开一个井。中间放入酵母,再倒入牛奶。从井的四边逐渐将面包粉拌到中间。
  2. 置于室温让其发酵1小时,直到表层出现裂缝和发泡。
  3. 加入糖、蛋黄和盐,搅拌成团。 
  4. 将面团放入装有面钩的搅拌机内,加入软化牛油搅拌至柔滑。(需费时约10分钟。)
  5. 面团盖上塑胶袋,搁置松弛半小时。
  6. 以拳头捶打面团,然后分切成8等份,分别放入烤模中,置于温暖的地方再次让其发酵至十分满。(需费时约1小时。)
  7. 发酵好的面团表面刷上蛋液,然后在表面划十字切口。撒上杏仁粉,放入预热烤炉内烤25分钟至金黄色和熟。
  1. Place bread flour on the table top and form a well in the centre. Place yeast in the centre. Pour milk in. Bring a little of the flour from the sides to the centre.
  2. Set aside to proof for about 1 hour till crack occurs and mixture bubbles at room temperature.
  3. Add in sugar, egg yolks and salt, and mix well to form a dough.
  4. Attach dough hook to a mixer to mix the dough. Add in softened butter and knead till smooth. (This may need about 10 minutes.) 
  5. Add in fruits and mix well.
  6. Cover with a piece of plastic and set aside for about half an hour.
  7. Punch down. Divide dough into 8 pieces and place into baking cases. Let panettones rise in a warm place till they reach to the top. (This may need about an hour.)
  8. Brush beaten egg on the surface and make a cross slit. Sprinkle almond powder and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes till golden brown and cooked.

5.Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Coconut Flakes | 雪花巧克力草莓

草莓 250克 |烹饪用黑巧克力(切丁) 400克 | 牛油 1/2汤匙 | 椰子屑 150克
250g strawberries | 400g dark cooking chocolate, cut into cubes | 1/2 tbsp butter | 150g coconut flakes 

  1. 草莓放在水龙头下冲洗,抹干待用。
  2. 小锅盛入1/4锅清水煮开(近乎沸腾),放上一个耐热碗,倒入巧克力块,以中火拌煮至巧克力完全溶化。加入牛油拌匀,离火。
  3. 手抓草莓蒂,将草莓浸入巧克力酱至沾裹均匀,取出搁旁,让巧克力酱稍微凝固,然后均匀沾上椰子屑。
  4. 放入冰箱冷藏,即可享用。
  1. Rinse strawberries under running water, pat dry and set aside. 
  2. Fill up 1/4 of a saucepan with water and bring to a simmer. Set a heatproof bowl over the saucepan, pour cooking chocolate cubes into the bowl and cook over medium heat until chocolate is completely melted. Add butter and mix well. Remove from the heat. 
  3. Hold a strawberry by its stem, dip strawberry into melted chocolate to coat evenly and leave aside to set slightly before rolling over coconut flakes. 
  4. Keep in the fridge before serving.
