每次在secret recipe的时候都会想要吃cordan blue.. 很喜欢酥脆的外皮裹着软嫩多汁的鸡腿肉,没有多余的脂肪,加上ham,还有浓浓的起司香。 趁它还热的时候起司酱在嘴里化开非常浓郁的起司香搭配鸡腿肉,很开胃! Thai Thai用的是细粿条,吃起来有质感多了。 Phad Thai的调味非常合适，用的辣椒粉一点都不呛喉，粿条也非常Q弹,爽口。 粿条里面还有鸡蛋的香气,真的很开胃。 搭配辣椒酱还有花生,能够解腻,帮Phad Thai添增另一股香气。 Thai Thai的芒果糯米吃起来真的跟我在泰国吃的口味非常接近。 芒果非常多汁甜美,糯米饭却不会像其他餐厅做的那么甜，只有带点椰奶的清香。 糯米饭的粘度刚刚好，不会太黏腻,有点Q弹,恰到好处。 算是近期来吃到最满意的泰国芒果糯米！ Personal Message Board [
