It was a day trip around town with a friend. After walking what seemed like forever looking for a BKT place, we gave up and entered this restaurant. The concept is based on the typical American diners that you see in films. The e... I was waiting for a friend and decided to try something around the area. Since Andes BYO was not yet open, the next best thing was Cha Cha Pan Mee. A friend recommended this restaurant and it was definitely a good call. ... My first visit was as a kid some 20 years ago. The restaurant was run down and the environment was definitely somewhere you would NOT bring someone for a first date  But years later, renovation took place and all is good!
