Signature Dishes
这是我第二次光顾这家餐厅了，上次没提到的是他们的bar area，座落在餐厅正中央，把餐厅一分为二，很特别。这次点的是angus steak ，叫了medium done，牛扒切开后中间还是嫩和多汁，只能说他们处理得很好。这家店唯一的弱点就是价钱偏高。

这家餐定虽然是叫Hakka Republic,可是如果你以为他们是卖客家菜的话你就错了，一踏进去，餐厅中央是一个高高的酒柜，上面放着各式各样的酒，把整个餐厅分成两大部分，一边是让人在一般的餐桌上享用它们精致的美食，另一边则是一些高桌子高椅子让一些想要casual点聊天喝些酒的。他们卖的是fusion cuisine, 从前菜到甜品，每一道你都可以看到厨师的用心，我点的angus tenderloin steak,味道恰到好处，medium done也没让我失望，一口咬下，嫩嫩的肉在加上封锁在肉里的肉汁，用融在口里来形容，一点都不夸。
