That Latte Place is located beside Yayasan Seni Art Centre and near to Gleneagles. That REMINDERarking slots are limited. Fortunately, there’s more parking available outside the Yayasan Seni.It is an open area shop where diner can dine-in while enjoying the scenery.Complimentary sky juice and cutlery corner are provided too. *FOC*There are some seasoning and sauces available on the table. *self-service*Hearty Egg Breakfast RM 18It is served with chicken sausages, hash brown, scrambled eggs with mushroom, tomatoes, lettuce, baked beans, roasted potato and toast. It’s one of their favorite dishes!Egg Benedict RM 18Double poached eggs, chicken ham and sautéed mushrooms are served on homemade brioche toast and covered by signature Hollandaise sauce with fresh salad and roasted potatoes as side dishes. For me, the poached egg tasted like normal half cooked egg. But I do like the concept of pouched eggs placed on the chicken ham.The ambiance at there was very relaxing and expose to nature. It makes me think nothing but to enjoy the nature with a cup of coffee.I will definitely come back again!By the way, they will be moving on 27th April, 2014 ><!Visit them before it's too late. continue reading

I don't know who Benedict is, but the eggs that are made in his name are one of my favourite Western breakfast items of all time. The eggs are poached nicely, with the yolk being soft but not overly runny (so it doesn't flood your plate), and the bread is just nicely lightly toasted to have a bit of crisp, yet still be fluffy and moist. continue reading

Latte sells at RM 8. On a hot day (especially in Malaysia weather) iced cold drink is the coolest. With a bit of milk and caffeine, it becomes refreshingly tasty to go with any of the breakfast meals or dishes that they have. Despite the tall glass, they put so much ice in it and before you know it, it would be gone with just under a few sips. continue reading

That Latte Place is a decent western restaurant/cafe that opens from 9am to 5pm, serving from breakfast, lunch to dinner. I enjoy how That Latte Place gave me extra relaxing feel, the ambient is nice and comfortable. Extra points for them. Ordered egg benedict. It came with fresh tomatoes and romaine vegetable. This egg benedict here is tasty! The egg and sauce made a good combination! Never be too creamy nor sweet. Taste wise this is more to salty than sweetness. Worth to try out. continue reading

Come rain or shine, six days a week, coffee lovers hoping to hide from the big bad world can come to That Latte Place for cake & caffeine, not much more than a 10-minute drive from KLCC.If this location at Persiaran Ritchie looks familiar, that's because this was the first home for Artisan Roast Coffee, back before KL's current coffee boom. Entry on Artisan Roast at Ampang: March 2011 (only two years ago, but much has changed since).Let's start with some food: That Latte Place serves marvelous, meatless Eggs Benedict, with practically perfect poached eggs & house-made Hollandaise sauce. Omelets, pancakes & more are also available, 8am-5pm, Tuesday through Sunday.Sweet treats include the likes of an orange cake with vanilla buttercream frosting that borders a bit on blandness.A better bet: The carrot walnut cake, determinedly dense but not at all depressingly dry.How about the eponymous latte? Definitely decent, leaning toward light instead of full-bodied.An affogato we can't refuse: That Latte Place is alfresco, so this combo with chocolate flakes makes for a cooling balm. Good things for those who wait: That Latte Place is run by the one-man-show of Mark Chong, who handles everything from taking orders to preparing the food & beverages; he works fairly fast, but remember to be patient & kind nevertheless. continue reading
