Had Little Wonton noodle while attending an event for lunch, and it was my first time having charcoal noodle. It was supperrrrrr GOOOOOD. Just thinking about it makes me drool What sets it apart from other noodles is the fact that the noodle is charcoal black, topped with eggs, shredded chicken, ham, and little pieces of tofu. And you can choose your sauce - either a terriyaki sauce or a spicy thai sauce. I went with the terriyaki sauce as I wasn't feeling like having anything spicy that day and it was gooooooodddddd. Though wee bit salty as the terriyaki sauce does get a little bit overpowering if you pour too much.Definitely a must try! Hoping that they will open a branch near my place, and the noodle's DAMN CHEAP. RM4 if I wasn't mistaken, and for something that good? Triple yes! continue reading

The restaurant is simply well located at Bangsar which provides a great and a cheaper range of wonton meal there. Little Wonton serves a variety of wonton from the savory wonton to the sweet wonton which is simply not to be missed. We tried a few more types of wonton, and one of my favorite wonton is also the apple cinnamon as well as the banana peanut butter which gives a new blend and flavors which is very special to the usual wonton we had. continue reading

Wantonly wanting wontons? Douse your dumpling desires at this ornately outfitted outlet.Little Wonton sprouted in Telawi this month, a colorful counterpoint to the numerous new Western-skewing cafes that have invaded this stomping ground.Fried wontons call the shots here, from savory ones stuffed with the likes of sliced crab stick, sardines & eggs to sweet varieties filled with peaches, kaya & lotus paste.Mushrooms, onions & cream cheese make this cup of six (RM8) a can't-stop-munching addiction. Hot, fresh & crunchy, not too oily.Peanut butter & banana wontons, their sticky-creamy centers playing off well with the crisp skin.Little Wonton also serves slurp-worthy charcoal noodles; these RM5 bowls can be smothered in roasted sesame sauce, vinegar & garlic or tom yam soup. We'd love to see Little Wonton hit it big; maybe they could eventually offer steamed wontons too. Customers can fill their wonton bowls here with a free flow of carrots, cabbage & condiments. continue reading
