Yet another product in the line of New Burger series introduced by Ochado recently. This one is marketed as the perfect light meal for weight-watchers and health-conscious fans Roasted and Smoked Lean Chicken Meat is the main filling, alongside healthy raw vegetables like lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. Not much oil, not deep fried.. really healthy.. plus it tastes good too! continue reading

1st time i'm having these mille crepe cake which is freshly made of many many layers of crepe. There were different choice of flavors which you can choose and i tried the mango crepe cake.It has a distinctive texture, something different from the normal cakes that we always have.Well, the cake is fresh and mango flavor is strong spreading through every layer of the cake.I was told by my friends that vanilla crepe cake is nicer. Maybe i should have a try on my next visit. At the same time we were having Ochado's milk tea, which is a perfect combination with crepe cakes. My friend ordered Oreo chocolate ice blended. You can taste the chocolate fragrance mixed perfectly with thick blended Oreo cookies. continue reading

The Ochado outlet in Mid Valley opened recently. I saw many people queing up for their famous milk tea. But I was there not for their milk tea but for their Japanese Mille Crepe. The flavors that were available on that day were the chocolate mille crepe, vanilla mille crepe and mango mille crepe. I chose their chocolate mille crepe. Just like their milk tea, only fresh ingredients were used. No additives and artificial colors were added.Chocolate Mille Crepe (RM 9.90)The mille crepe is a bit too pricey for me but I gave it a try because it looks good.....The mille crepe was very soft and creamy....Nice texture; but unfortunately I can't really taste the chocolate taste and I found my piece is slightly sour. Maybe it is slightly spoilt....sigh....wasted my RM 9.90. Maybe will try their other flavors another time cause I saw many people loved their mille crepe. Maybe I am just unlucky to get that piece. The best mille crepe that I had so far is still from Nadeja Cake House in Malacca. continue reading
