Buka Puasa With Gemersik Selera

The Mill Café at the Kuala Lumpur Grand Millennium hotel will be putting together an internationally flavored buka puasa fest, themed “Gemersik Selera,” from July 21 to August 18. (Image by Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur) This year, aside from traditional regional Malay fare, such as the Aneka Gorengan platter, nasi kerabu, nasi ulam, Ayam Panggang Seksyen 8, kerabu pucuk paku kerang, and Kampong-style daging goreng, the menu also features the café’s signature oven-roast lamb that is accompanied with rosemary hollandaise and mint sauce. Additionally, patrons will get to choose from a wide spread of seafood and barbecued delights, appetizers, condiments, soup, salad, bread, and refreshments. Meanwhile, served daily are tandoori, sushi and maki rolls, pizza, pasta, and desserts. This buka puasa special will be priced at RM98++ per person. Whereas patrons who book anytime from now to July 19 will pay RM72++ per person; the offer, however, is applicable only to those who pay in advance. Reservations are welcome until the fest ends. Opens daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., the Mill Café is on the first floor of the hotel (160 Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur).
