Ingredient and Portion
200g Fusilli / 200克 螺丝粉
5 fresh white button mushrooms (sliced) / 5粒 鲜白蘑菇彻片
100g white coral oyster mushrooms / 100克 珊瑚菇
150g cauliflower (cut into small pieces) / 150克 包菜花(切小朵)
10 cherry tomatoes (cut into half) / 10粒 樱桃番茄彻半
30g sweet basil / 30克 九层塔
4 tbsp water / 4大匙 清水
2 tbsp olive oil / 2大匙 橄榄油
Seasoning
3 tbsp vegetarian "Tom Yam" paste / 3大匙素冬炎酱
1/2 tsp salt / 1/2小匙盐
1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper / 1/2大匙黑胡椒末
1 tsp vegetarian seasoning powder / 1 匙素调味粉
Method
1. Cook fusilli in a pot of boiling water with a little salt and olive oil over high heat until cooked and soften. Dish out and rinse under cool water, drain well, then mix with a little olive oil. Set aside.
将螺丝粉放人沸水中,加人少许盐巴和橄榄油,大火同煮至熟透及软化。捞起,用清水冲洗一会,沥干后,淋上少许橄榄油拌匀,备用。

2. In a pan, heat up olive oil. Add in all mushrooms and cauliflower, stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.
镬里烧热橄榄油,加入蘑菇、珊瑚菇及包菜花以中火拌炒香浓。

3. Add in seasoning, stir well. Put in cooked fusilli and water, stirring constantly until well combined and the sauce is nearly absorbed. Next, add in sweet basil, toss. Serve hot.
加入调味料炒均匀后,放入螺丝粉和清水翻炒片刻,炒至收干, 撒上九层塔拌匀,即可上桌。
