1. Heat butter in wok, saute egg until fragrant, toss in shrimp, chopped spring onion and garlic. 烧热牛油,炒香鸡蛋,加入虾仁、葱花和蒜茸炒香。
2. Add in white rice and seasoning, stir-fry until well mixed, off heat. Make a well in the centre, pour in unagi and cover the rice, simmer for 3 minutes. 加入日本白饭和调味料炒匀至香,关火。扒个洞将鳗鱼粒倒入盖上3分钟。
3. Dish out, sprinkle toppings and serve. 盛起,上碟撒上紫菜,脆蒜米和葱花即可享用。
