1. Steam pumpkin slices until soft and tender. Mash while still hot and add in the rest ingredients to mix into dough. Add sufficient water to bind the dough until smooth. Shape the dough into small gnocchi shape. Blanch gnocchi pieces in hot boiling water with a little salt added. Once they start o float dish out the gnocchi pieces and soak in ice water for 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and toss in 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Put aside. 把南瓜片蒸熟后趁热捣烂,加入其余材料搓成面团,水分必须充足,以搓成滑面团。然后把面团搓成小疙瘩状,放入加盐滚水煮至浮起即可盛出,泡入冰水里1-2分钟。滴干后以食油和麻油各1汤匙捞均。
2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a nonstick pan and fry bacon pieces over medium heat until fragrant and crispy. Dish out to be used as part of garnishing. Add in garlic and dried prawns. Fry until fragrant. 起不黏锅热2汤匙油,把火腿肉以中火炒至香脆,然后盛出少许待装饰用。镬中加入蒜头和虾米,炒至香。
3. Add long beans and mushrooms,stir-fry well then add seasoning and pour in water. Bring to a boil. 加入长豆和香菇,炒均后加入调味料,再倒入清水,煮至滚。
4. Put in pumpkin gnocchi pieces and cook until gravy is reduced. 加入南瓜汤团,煮至汁稠。
