Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A:
400g grass prawns / 明虾 400克

Ingredients B / 材料B:
200ml water / 水 200毫升
30g DangShen / 党参 30克
20g GouQi / 枸杞 20克
15g Dang-Gui / 当归 15克
6 slices ginger / 老姜 6片

Garnishing / 装饰:
some juliennes red chili / 红辣椒丝
spring onion and coriander / 青葱丝和芫荽适量

Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt / 盐 1/2茶匙
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine / 绍兴酒 1汤匙
1 tbsp soy sauce / 生抽 1汤匙
Method
1. Wash prawns,remove heads and tails.
将虾洗净,去掉头和尾。

2. Wash Chinese herbals and boil in pot with ginger and water,simmer in low heat for about 3 minutes.
准备汤锅,将材料B的全部药材洗净,加入老姜和水煮滚后,转小火再煮3分钟至出味。

3. Arrange prawns in plate, pour herbals soup over and steam in steamer for about 4-5 minutes.
将虾排在碟子淋上药材汁,送进蒸笼用大火蒸4至5分钟至熟。

4. Garnish and serve.
撒上装饰,即可享用。
