Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients (Beef Marinade) /材料(牛肉腌料)
100ml light soy sauce /酱油100毫升
1 tbsp hoisin sauce /海鲜酱1汤匙
1 tbsp sesame oil /麻油1汤匙
2 tsps white sugar /白糖2茶匙
1 tbsp minced garlic /剁碎大蒜1汤匙
1 tbsp red pepper flakes /红辣椒片1汤匙
500g beef steak, thinly sliced /牛排,切成薄片500克
100g iceberg lettuce /生菜100克
1 tbsp peanut oil /花生油1汤匙
2 large green onions, thinly sliced /大青洋葱,切薄片2粒
Method
1. Whisk soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Toss beef with Beef Marinade, cover and refrigerate from 1 hour to overnight.
于碗中拌匀酱油、海鲜酱、麻油、糖、大蒜和红辣椒片。牛肉腌入腌料,然后放入冰箱冷藏1小时或隔夜。

2. Heat peanut oil in a wok or large, non-stick skillet over high heat. Add green onions, cook for 5-10 seconds before stirring in beef. Cook and stir until the beef is no longer pink and is beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
镬内或不粘锅内烧热花生油,加入青洋葱煮5-10秒钟,然后加入牛肉炒至褐色(不再呈粉红色),约5分钟。

3. Serve on iceberg lettuce.
盛在生菜上即可享用。
