This prawn dish will satisfy those who are cheese lover. Spice the prawn dish up with addition cheese and salted egg yolk. The prawn with cheese and salted egg yolk is best eat with rice!

Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A 材料A :
500g large-sized prawn, trimmed and deveined / 大虾 500克(去须和脚,挑肠泥)
1 tsp pepper / 胡椒粉1茶匙
Some salt (to taste) / 盐(调味)适量
Some oil (for deep-frying) / 炸油 适量

Ingredients B 材料B :
60g butter / 牛油 60克
1 tbsp chopped garlic / 蒜蓉 1汤匙
1 tbsp brown sugar / 黄糖 1汤匙
5 salted egg yolks, steamed and mashed / 咸蛋黄(蒸熟,压烂)5粒
50g grated Mozzarella cheese / 莫萨里拉芝士碎 50克
Method
1. Season prawns with pepper and salt.
大虾加入胡椒粉和盐拌匀。

2. Heat oil in a wok, drop in prawns and deep-fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
炒锅中烧热炸油,放入虾炸至呈金黄色,取出待用。

3. Melt butter in a wok, add in chopped garlic and brown sugar, stir-fry until fragrant. Add in salted egg yolks and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in grated Mozzarella cheese and mix well.
炒锅中煮溶牛油,加入蒜蓉和黄糖炒香。加入咸蛋黄炒香,加入芝士碎拌匀。

4. Add in fried prawns and toss evenly, dish up and serve.
放入炸虾拌匀,盛起享用。
