I just found a recipe from magazine which has similar with the pasta I had before. So, I learnt to cook a creamy carbonara. Carbonara cravings fixed!

Ingredient and Portion
Carbonara Sauce / Carbonara 酱汁
Bacon / 培根
Salt to taste / 盐(少量)
Pappardelle / 宽带面
Parmesan Cheese / 意大利芝士
Parsley / 香菜
Egg / 鸡蛋
Method
1. Ready the carbonara sauce.
准备好carbonara酱汁;

2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, then drain it.
面放入沸腾的盐热水里煮熟;

3. Pan-fry the bacons.
煎培根;

4. Add in carbonara sauce and cook together.
把酱汁煮一煮;

5. Return the pasta to the pan, cook with sauce and bacons.
放面一起和酱汁捞一捞;

6. Lastly, put some parsley and pouch egg, serve hot.
放香菜和鸡蛋, 上盘。
Tips
How to cook pouch egg?

Add enough water into pot, boiled it and add some white vinegar. Quickly stir the water in one direction with a spoon until it's all smoothly spinning around and drop the egg in the whirlpool. Remove the egg from boiled water with spoon after 3-4 mins.


怎么煮pouch egg?
锅里放水后,煮滚,再放一点白醋
然后用汤匙在水里转一转(制造一个漩涡)
再把蛋倒进漩涡里
然后捞起来就可以了 (我是凭感觉捞起来的)
emm...大概蛋白熟完就可以(废话,不然等蛋黄熟咩?)
