喜欢吃炸鸡又怕胖?今天就来教大家好吃不油腻的香烤‘炸’鸡翅,爱吃又怕胖的你赶快学起来吧。
Ingredient and Portion
6 chicken wings / 鸡翅 6支
4 tbsp original flavour yogurt / 原味优格 4汤匙
2 cloves garlic / 蒜头 2瓣
1 tsp salt / 盐 1茶匙
1/8 tsp black pepper ground / 黑胡椒粉 1/8茶匙
3 cups cornflakes / 玉米片 3杯
Method
1. Mince the garlic.
蒜头切末备用。

2. Marinate chicken wings with minced garlic, yogurt, salt and black pepper ground for 15 minutes.
用蒜末、原味优格、盐和黑胡椒粉腌鸡翅大约15分钟。

3. Pour the cornflakes into a plastic sealing bag, crush it with a glass bottle.
将玉米片倒入密封塑料袋中,用玻璃瓶压碎。

4. Put the marinated chicken wings into the sealing bag and shake the bag.
把腌好的鸡翅放进密封袋中摇均。

5. Press lightly on the chicken wings to ensure the crushed cornflakes stick well on them.
透过密封袋轻轻按压鸡翅以确保玉米片和鸡翅完全贴合。

6. Place the chicken wings on baking paper sheet and cover with foil paper.
将鸡翅摆好在烘焙纸上,再用锡箔纸盖上。

8. Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes, remove foil paper and continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until the chicken wings are cooked.
以220°C烤15分钟,移开锡箔纸后,在加烤5到10分钟直至鸡翅完全熟透。
