Ingredient and Portion
3 Eggs / 3 个鸡蛋
1/8 teaspoon / 1/8小匙 盐
1 tablespoon Butter / 1汤匙 奶油(牛油)
1 tablespoon Cheddar Cheese / 切达芝士 1 汤匙
Some Black Pepper / 少许 黑胡椒
Method
1. Whisk the salt and egg together using fork.
把盐加入鸡蛋里,用叉迅速的搅拌均匀。

2. Heat the butter in the pan.
把奶油放入烧热了的平底锅里。

3. Pour the egg mixture into pan slowly and stir evenly.
倒入蛋液,轻轻的搅拌。

4. Add in cheese in the middle of omelette while it is half cook and turn off the heat immediately.
在半熟的蛋液的中间加入芝士,然后马上熄火。

5. Cover the omelette from the edge of the pan. After that, slowly pour into the dish plate and serve with rice.
将蛋慢慢卷起,然后盛放在准备好的白饭上,加入煮好的日式咖哩,更加的棒!
