1. Poach the noodle in boiling water. Remove and place it in a serving bowl. 把黄面放入沸水汆烫。取出沥干,放入碗内。
2. Heat a wok with some oil, stir fry the pork lard in hot oil until light golden brown. 锅子内烧热一些油,放入猪油炸至浅金黄色。
3. Add in the minced pork, ginger, garlic, shallot, then add stock and remaining Seasonings. 加入肉碎、姜、蒜和小葱头,倒入高汤和其他调味料。
4. Thicken the sauce with some cornstarch solution, pour the sauce over the poached noodle, sprinkle spring onion on top. Serve. 拌入少许玉米粉水勾芡。然后把酱料倒在黄面上,洒上葱花即可。
