1. Soak clams in lightly salted water to clean out the sand. Rinse water for a few times to remove its stickiness. 蛤蜊泡在薄盐水中直到吐沙,再清洗数次以洗去粘液。
2. Slice lotus root thinly and scald in boiling water. Set aside. 莲藕切薄片,汆烫备用。
3. Place clams and water into a pot and boil over high heat. Switch to low heat and cook for 5 minutes till the clams swell up. Add miso paste and stir till it is dissolved. Add shredded cabbage and switch off flame. 锅内放入蛤蜊和水,以大火煮滚。待蛤蜊壳打开后转小火煮5分钟。加入味噌搅至溶解,放入包菜丝后熄火。
4. Dish out into a bowl and sprinkle with spring onion. 盛入碗中,面撒青葱粒。
Tips
Remark / 备注 Clams contain taurine and B12 which help to accelerate the liver’s blood circulation. You may consume together with miso for better results. 蛤蜊含有牛磺酸和B12,能促进肝脏血液循环,和味噌配吃效果更好。
