Minced meat salad is quick to prepare and a healthy alternative to takeaway meals. This minced meat salad uses sauce, sugar, herbs and spices give a great flavour!

Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A (Mixed well) / 材料A(拌匀)
300g minced meat / 猪肉碎 300克
Some sugar / 糖 适量
Some pepper / 胡椒粉 适量

Ingredients B (Mixed well) / 材料B(拌匀)
2 stalks lemongrass, sliced / 香茅(切片)2支
4 shallots, sliced / 红葱头(切片)4粒
5 bird’s eye chillies, chopped / 指天椒(剁碎) 5条
2 stalks coriander leaves, shredded / 芫荽叶(切丝)2棵
3 tbsp calamansi juice / 桔仔汁 3汤匙
2 tbsp fish sauce / 鱼露 2汤匙
1 tbsp sugar / 糖 1汤匙
Method
1. Combine minced meat, sugar and pepper, and stir-fry them in a non-stick pan (without oil) until dried and cooked.
猪肉碎加入糖和胡椒粉拌匀,然后放入不粘锅内(免油)干炒至熟透。

2. Add Ingredients B into minced meat and stir until well combined. May be served with fresh lettuce leaves.
材料B加入猪肉碎内拌匀即可。可配生菜一起食用。
