133g water / 清水 133克
100g sugar / 白糖 100克
50g glucose / 葡萄糖 50克
500g mandarin juice / 芦柑汁 500克
1pc mandarin zest / 芦柑皮茸 (1个)
Some Mandarin segments / 芦柑肉 适量
Method
1. Make syrup with the water, sugar and glucose. (pic 1)
把清水、白糖及葡萄糖混合煮成糖浆。(图1)

2. Mix in the mandarin juice and zest.(pic 2)
加入芦柑汁和芦柑皮茸。(图2)

3. Put in the ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.(pic 3-5)
倒入冰淇淋制造器里,根据指示完成制作。(图3-5)

4. Fill sorbet in empty mandarin or dessert glass, serve with Mandarin segments.
把冰沙盛入空的柑壳或杯子里,配芦柑肉吃。
