Are you a seafood lovers? Here is a recipe that fried prawns with canned evaporated milk, abit of spring curry leaves, lemon grass, Bunga Kandang and magarine that makes the prawn taste more delicious!
1. Smash lemon grass and then shredded with all sub-ingredients and then chop finely. (pic1) 把配料全部剁碎切丝混合备用。(图1)
2. Trim prawns and cut a slit at the abdomen.(pic 2) 将大明虾剪去须脚,切背挑肠泥备用。(图2)
3. Heat oil in wok, coat prawns with tapioca flour and deep fry in hot oil with medium heat for about 1 minute; drain.(pic 3-4) 将大明虾沾上薯粉,放到油锅里以中火炸大约 1 分钟,捞起沥油。(图3-4)
4. Keep some hot oil in wok, add in margarine and toss in all sub-ingredients and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. (pic 5) 留少许热油在锅里,煮溶白兰她,加入所有配料以小火煮约1分钟。(图5)
5. Pour in evaporated milk and boil for 2 minutes, mix in all seasoning.(pic 6) 注入生奶煮2分钟至滚,加入其余调味料搅拌均匀。 (图6)
6. Toss in prawns and stir-fry until gravy thicken, dish out.(pic 7-8) 最后加入炸好的大明虾煮至奶皇汁略带浓凋,即可关火盛盘。(图7-8)
