1. Using an electric blender, puree the ground Pesto Ingredients until smooth. Season to taste with salt; set aside. (pic 1-2) 用电动搅拌器把所有研磨材料搅拌至细滑,以盐调味。(图1-2)
2. Spread the pesto sauce over the lamb, coating liberally.(pic 3-4) 把香草酱料涂满羊扒。(图3-4)
3. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the lamb steaks into the pan; cook 3 to 4 minutes until the pesto mixture has lightly browned. Turn the steaks over, and continue cooking until done to your desired degree of doneness.(pic 5-7) 起锅热2汤匙橄榄油,把羊扒放入煎3-4分钟至香草酱料微黄后翻转,继续煎至自己喜欢的熟度即可。(图5-7)
4. Serve the lamb steaks with some cold slaw on the side. 可以配上一些沙拉或其他。
