1.Soak mushroom until soften, remove stems and cut into strips.(pic 1) 将冬菇浸水至松软后去掉冬菇丁,然后切成条形。(图1)
2.Heat oil in wok, coat mushroom strips with corn flour and deep fry until crispy.(pic 2) 烧开油,将冬菇条上粉炸脆,捞出备用。(图2)
3.Heat sauce ingredients in wok and thicken with some starch, toss in fried mushroom strips until well coated.(pic 4-6) 烧热锅放入调味料,下少许生粉勾芡后放入炸好的东菇条快速炒拌均匀即可上碟。(图4-6)
