2. Stab two sides of pork picnic shoulder with a fork. 用叉子在梅花肉两面上戳洞。
3. Add Coke, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and minced garlic to the meat and marinate overnight. 加入可乐、酱油、米酒、麻油和蒜末,抹均匀后腌一个晚上。

Tips
1. Normal white bread can be used to replace steamed bun. Cut the crusts off the bread and use a kitchen knife to flatten the bread. Fold the bread into half and steam it, as delicious as steamed bun! 如果没有割包,可以将白面包去边后压平,再稍微蒸一下,一样好吃。
